A Good Book

There are two ways to register:

1. Paper: Download the registration form as a pdf, 480Kb. You can fill it out on your computer, print it and mail to us (address on form) with either a check or your credit card information.

2. Electronic: Registering electronically is easy! There are two steps involved—submitting the registration form to us and then sending your payment through PayPal. First, fill out the electronic form and submit it (instructions are at the bottom of the form). Then, use our link to Paypal to pay using either your credit card or a PayPal account.

We will send you a confirmation, as well as a copy of the book and background materials, when we receive both your payment and completed registration form.
