Maine Humanities Council grants provide an important source of program support for over 100 nonprofit organizations each year. These lists of past grants provide an opportunity to see the diverse reach of Council funding and the creative resources of grantees. New grantseekers may want to make connections with experienced grantees, build upon an earlier project, or use these past projects as the seeds of future ideas. In any event, prospective grantees are encouraged to browse through these lists to gain a broader perspective on the type and range of grants made in recent years. As always, we strongly encourage conversations with Council staff before submitting an application for funding.

Call (207) 773-5051 and ask for Victoria Bonebakker, vbonebak@mainehumanities.org.
